Located at the centre of the business park, Kube were asked to refurbish building 4.3 from a normal two storey office building into the heart of the park. Creating high quality serviced office space on both floors, a breath taking reception area, a fully equipped gymnasium and café for use by the whole park.

 

Works included

  • Complete strip out of existing fit out
  • Modern carpet and flooring finishes throughout the office spaces
  • Decorated entirely throughout
  • LG7 lighting with PIR movement sensors for energy conservation 
  • Programmed security access card system installed
  • Major upgrade to the HVAC system featuring heating and cooling ceiling mounted cassettes
  • Toilet refurbishment creating a more modern and fresh look reflecting the image of the park
  • Replace and repaired failed glazing units to the curtain walling
  • Replaced damaged first floor raised access flooring to the left hand wing
  • Reception works included bespoke Corian and Beech veneered reception desk, RGB feature lighting, Ornate mesh feature curtain illuminated from floor and ceiling and New glazed entrance doors.
  • White external render applied to existing  brickwork façade to create a modern contemporary look for the building
  • Installed HD LED TV’s within the Gymnasium space.
  • Re jointed the 128 space car park surrounding the building including removal of thermostatic paint.
  • Repair the external perimeter brickwork walls
