Trinity Square is a substantial office complex in West London comprising three unique buildings with a striking architectural envelope, Kube Office Interiors were asked to undertake Category A Dilapidations Works on behalf of Trinity Square to prepare the building for re let.

  • Refurbishment of lift ceilings featuring new lighting and ceilings
  • Re organisation of power including Electrak runs including updating mains power distribution boards
  • Re organisation of GENT Fire Alarm system to a modular standard layout.
  • Updated Sprinkler system for new sprinkler heads and flexible leads
