A new exciting open plan nursery allowing children to learn, play and have fun in comfort and safety. The nursery space will include bungalow style buildings built within the space which will include a soft play area, two sensory rooms, two playrooms and a music room. Built into the floor will also be a soft story telling sand pit. The nursery will be owned by Cybertots – GWQ will be their 5th nursery within London - and will offer unparalleled level of care to children aged 3 months to 5 years, adding another brilliant service and valuable community resource to the Great West Quarter development.
We will also be forming a small office space for the day to day admin of the nursery. High specification toilets for the staff and small children have been specified with tough quality kitchens capable of dealing with the high demand expected of the nursery.
In addition a separate area has been formed for a specialised Pilates gym for the use of Cybertots and outside users.

I would like to express our company’s appreciation for the excellent build project you have recently completed on our behalf.
Initially I was pleased with the price of the contract but suspicious due to the cost quoted by Kube being considerably less than I had costed the project to manage it myself. I believe that if a thing looks too cheap there is usually an underlaying reason, probably relating to quality. However, it soon became apparent that the experience Kube has acquired over the years for building mezzanine structures was responsible for cost savings. This experience was manifested in the sourcing of competitively priced but good quality product, efficient contractors who were expert in their particular trade and a scheduling of work that left almost no waste.
The build time was almost exactly on schedule and even changes we made were accommodated without fuss and did not affect the completion date. I am certain that although I have personal experience of managing building projects I could not have achieved a build time for this project within several months of that performed by Kube.
Outsourcing the complete project to Kube allowed me to continue the day to day running of my business with very little disruption, save a considerable cost compared to our own budget and ultimately have delivered a building that exceeded our expectations.
