Making the decision to either relocate your office, or to refurbish your current environment can be both a daunting and exciting prospect, usually in equal measures.

Once you have this information, the decision is usually obvious in which direction you proceed, a few things to consider are set out below.
Timescales:
- Relocating or refurbishing can take time to both plan and execute.
- You will need to either involve yourself in this important role, or appoint a member of staff who will organise & lead the process from concept to completion.
- If you entrust this role to a member of staff, they must be able to make decisions, sometimes on your behalf, in order to keep the project on track.
- They will need to understand the motives behind the project and be able to communicate with all parties involved.
- We assist hugely during the entire process, providing all the information your appointed 'Project Manager' will require, from a detailed programme of works, design drawings, liaison with Utility Companies and of course the running of the refurbishment or relocation itself.
The Team:
- At some stage, you will also want (and are required to) consult your staff, if you decide to relocate your business.
- Your employees are one of your biggest assets and their considerations and concerns will form a large part of the whole process.
- Some of them will need to be involved in the project, i.e IT Manager, Finance Director and so on. These members of your staff will integrate with ours to progress the whole project and the interaction between the 'team' is vital for the project to succeed.
Project Costs:
You may already have set a budget, or require assistance in doing this.
We provide a comprehensive, broken down & transparent quotation for as much, or little, as you require.

- As we carry out all our design works 'in-house', you do not have to pay for separate designers to come up with schemes on your behalf.
- Our designs will consider all aspects that will be relevant to either your refurbishment or relocation, including the office space required (cellular & open plan), storage space, welfare facilities, break out areas, training rooms etc.
- We specify materials and installations that are economical to both install, maintain and run and are as environmentally considerate as possible.
- We co-ordinate all of the trades to ensure minimum wastage or loss of time.
Through these processes, we manage the project efficiently and therefore economically to your benefit.
Project Design:
- We will provide initial layouts for quotation purposes in order for you to understand what we can do for your business.
- These will include full space planning & drawings to your requirements.
- Materials finishes and boards can be supplied in order for you to understand the level and type of finish that we will produce for you.
- 3D visuals and fully animated walk-through presentations can be produced subject to requirements and budget should you require this service.
The Project:
- Should you decide to proceed with Kube Office Interiors, we will then provide you with extensive information & assistance throughout the project.
- We co-ordinate our staff and yours during the implementation of the works to ensure the smooth running of the process.
- Works are site managed on a daily basis, you do not need to be involved, leaving you to run your business, while we run your project.
- Weekly meetings will be held with your or your representative as the work progress.
- Throughout the project cost updates will be provided to the client to ensure budget considerations are adhered to and nearing completion, draft final account will be submitted for approval.
Completion:
- As the works near completion, a site inspection will take place to highlight any issues.
- Any issues will be dealt with quickly and without fuss prior to completion.
- The final account will be agreed with the client.
- If relocating, we assist in this process providing a complete relocation package for all of your furniture, communications equipment, archived files and any other fittings.
Finally:
